The discipline shown in distinguishing genuine AI agent capabilities from rule-based automation is a notable strength and adds real credibility to the claims.
Moreover, the breadth of named customer case studies (Olympic Steel, Scotts Miracle-Gro, Red Gold, and others) makes this nomination one of the most thoroughly evidenced submissions I've ever reviewed.

What stood out to me was how well the product is connected to everyday freight operations. The examples from Olympic Steel, Scotts Miracle-Gro and Red Gold show meaningful improvements in both cost and workload. I also appreciated the clear distinction between actual AI capabilities and regular automation. There is a lot of real customer evidence here, which makes this a very convincing submission.

Loadsmart presents a clear and well supported nomination. It identifies meaningful freight operations challenges and shows how ShipperGuide addresses them through role specific AI agents integrated dock and transportation workflows, transparent controls and human review for exceptions. The submission stands out because it distinguishes true AI capabilities from rule based automation and supports its claims with customer level results across cost, throughput, lead time, staffing, tendering and service performance. More detail on the measurement methodology behind platform wide averages would strengthen the evidence further, but this is a highly compelling entry and a strong potential winner.

The write‑up is strong overall. It’s clear the team understands both the operational pain points in freight management and the skepticism shippers have toward “AI‑washed” products. The nomination does a good job grounding its claims in real customer outcomes rather than vague promises. The examples from Olympic Steel, Scotts, Red Gold, and others make the case more credible and help show the breadth of impact across industries.
If anything, the narrative could benefit from tightening a few sections. The middle portion repeats the agent descriptions more than necessary, and trimming that would make the story flow more cleanly. A bit more detail on how onboarding works in practice would also help — the document mentions fast implementation, but doesn’t fully explain what makes it fast compared to other TMS platforms.
Still, the results are compelling, the differentiation is clearly articulated, and the tone stays grounded in real operational wins rather than hype. It’s a solid submission with measurable proof points and a clear sense of what makes the product stand out.

A very strong submission. Olympic Steel, Scotts Miracle-Gro, Red Gold - all independently confirmed with named people attached to the numbers. That's rare and it's exactly what make this a great and credible entry. I like the way the submission drew a clear line between what's actually AI and what's rule-based automation, even when blurring that line would've sounded impressive. One nitpick: Your landing page says 95% auto-executed, the nomination says 97%. Overall a definite winner for me.

The nomination provides excellent customer outcomes and a convincing agentic operating model, but it could more precisely distinguish results generated by the new AI agents from outcomes attributable to the broader ShipperGuide/Opendock/Loadsmart platform and define the methodology behind its platform-level automation metrics.
That's why i kept at 9 rather than 10 overall.
Judge 8
A very strong Agentic AI submission demonstrating practical autonomous execution across core freight workflows rather than simply adding an AI interface to an existing platform. The clearly scoped operational agents, transparent human-in-the-loop model, integrated freight and dock operations, and multiple named customer outcomes provide compelling evidence of differentiation and business value. The results are impressive, although additional methodology behind some of the platform-level performance metrics would further strengthen the submission.
Judge 9
This is a highly persuasive nomination because the agentic AI claims are connected directly to production workflows and measurable customer outcomes. The distinction between genuine AI capabilities and conventional rule-based automation is particularly valuable and demonstrates technical discipline. The breadth of customer examples across cost savings, throughput, staffing, tendering, deployment speed and operational performance provides compelling evidence that the solution is delivering practical value.
One area that could make an already excellent submission even stronger would be additional technical detail around agent autonomy. For example, clarifying what percentage of Coverage, Carrier Assignment, Tracking and Settlement decisions are completed entirely by agents versus escalated to human experts would further substantiate the autonomous operations positioning. It would also be helpful to distinguish which platform-level results were measured specifically during the most recent 12-month award period.

Loadsmart submitted an exceptionally detailed and convincing nomination that clearly articulates the real-world operational headaches of logistics management. Distinguishing between generic chatbot AI and genuine agentic workflow execution—while openly clarifying which capabilities rely on rule-based engines versus machine learning—adds tremendous credibility to the entry.
The reported enterprise metrics (such as Olympic Steel eliminating spreadsheet management to save $260K+ in year one, and Scotts Miracle-Gro reaching 94% digital tendering) provide concrete evidence of platform value. To make future submissions even stronger, consider elaborating slightly on the technical mechanics of the human-in-the-loop exception handling layer. Highlighting how edge cases transition from the autonomous agents to Loadsmart’s freight experts—and how those manual resolution outcomes are fed back into the system to improve future agent decision-making—would give judges a complete view of the platform's self-learning flywheel.

The problem and the solution was very well outlined, and results. I also liked the way you differentiated your self from the competitors and provided information.

This is the strongest nomination in the Stratus program. The decision to explicitly distinguish true AI capabilities from rule-based automation features, even when broader claims would have made for flashier marketing, is the most credible thing any nominee has done across the entire award set. Seven named clients with specific verified outcomes is the gold standard for results sections. The Olympic Steel case (zero IT integration, $260K saved Year 1, 100% double-booking elimination) is a complete case study in four bullet points. The only note for future submissions would be adding the timeline for each customer outcome so judges can evaluate the speed of impact alongside the magnitude. How quickly did Red Gold see the 90% lead time reduction? That context would make already exceptional results even more compelling.
